			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Una ricetta dello chef Silvano Ghezzi della Trattoria La Pesa (via Fantoni 26, tel. 024035907), pubblicata recentemente su Repubblica Milano.</p>
<p>Tagliatelle fresche – 500 gr farina bianca, 4 uova, 1 cucchiaio d&#8217;olio, sale.</p>
<p>Togliere la pelle e i semi a 4 pomodori ramati maturi, tagliarli a cubetti e condirli con sale, basilico, erba cipollina, aglio, olio.</p>
<p>Cuocere le tagliatelle e condirle con il pomodoro basilico ecc.</p>
<p>Qualche fogliolina di basilico per guarnizione.</p>
