			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Un&#8217;amica – Giovanna – mi ha riempito di verdure biologiche prima di partire &#8211; e son qui con cavolo cappuccio topinambur sedano rapa e quant&#8217;altro&#8230; e io ho fatto una minestra ispirata a un piatto modenese&#8230;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><em>Ingredienti</em></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">zucca, sedano rapa, patate, cipolla, aglio, latte, brodo vegetale</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">olio extravergine di oliva</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">sale e pepe</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Preparare un soffritto con cipolla (affettata sottile) aglio e olio, rosolare bene, aggiungere zucca sedano rapa patate a cubetti e far rosolare anche le verdure, quindi aggiungere il brodo vegetale e portare a cottura.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A fine cottura aggiungere latte (un bicchiere), lasciar addensare. Salare e pepare. Frullare o passare al setaccio il tutto, e servire con parmigiano e un filo d&#8217;olio.</p>
